Our Team
Joseph Garcia is the founder & President of the Garcia Group. He has 10 years of leadership experience and technical expertise in the ECM space: 3 years at Xerox Corporation & 7 years with IBM. While at I.B.M. he served in a variety of technical and management positions. He spent his last 4 years in Global Services, where he was the lead project manager on several enterprise-wide systems projects. After his career with I.B.M., Mr. Garcia founded The Garcia Group. His vision is to provide ECM tools and techniques to organizations so that they can achieve their goals through the “smart” use of technology. His memberships include AIIM/ The Enterprise Content Management Association, The Workflow Management Coalition TWMC, The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) and NACUBO (The National Association of College and University Business Officers). Mr. Garcia is a Certified ECM Architect, holds a CDIA+ certification and is a Six Sigma Black belt.
